Govt’s Silence Over Displaced Zombe Villagers Worries Bishop Mambo

Chikondi Foundation President Bishop John Mambo has expressed concern over government’s silence to relocate displaced Zombe village residents who are spending nights in the cold in Lusaka West.
Bishop Mambo says President Edgar Lungu should have exercised sympathy on the affected residents despite claims that they have illegally settled on the land belonging to the Office of the President.
He has, however, called on fellow church leaders to unite and render help to Zombe families.
