Incarcerated UPND Supporters Apply For Constitutional Bail

Incarcerated UPND supporters have applied for constitutional bail.
Obvious Mwaliteta and four others who are charged with aggravated robbery say they have been in detention without justification since the election period.
Mr. Mwaliteta and his co-accused were arrested after they attempted to block a truck carrying extra ballot papers.
