Kasama Victim Of Police Brutality Appeals To HRC For Help

A 46-year-old woman of Kasama has appealed to the Human Rights Commission and other women organizations to come to assist her pursue justice in the case of police brutality.
Rhoda Chanda says she has suffered permanent injury which requires medical attention beyond her means.
Ms Chanda was brutalized by police who raided UPND Vice President Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba during the run up to the August 11, 2016 elections.
