LAZ Challenges Con-Court to Dismiss Ex- Minister’s Case

The Law Association of Zambia has asked the Constitutional Court to dismiss the case in which the Attorney General is challenging the court’s judgment that ordered former ministers to pay back salaries they accrued after parliament was dissolved, prior to the 2016 General Elections.
According to court documents, LAZ argues that the case should also be thrown out as the same court cannot re-open its own judgement.
