Litebele’s Theft Trial Set For November 30

The Lusaka Magistrates Court has set November 30, 2016 as date for trial in a matter where murder suspect precious Longwe Litebele is accused of stealing money from bank ABC.
When the matter came up before Lusaka Magistrate Nthandose Chabala, Longwe’s Lawyer Osborne Ngoma applied for an adjournment in order to explore areas of plea bargaining with bank ABC as provided under the bargaining act.
Allegations are that Longwe on May 24, 2016 stole K200,000 from Africa Bank Copordtion where she worked as a customer service officer.
