Maize Export Remains Illegal-Siliya

Government says the exportation of maize still remains illegal as government has not lifted the ban.
Minister of Agriculture Dora Siliya says government is still waiting for the Food Reserve Agency-FRA to meet the strategic reserves target and that is when government can think of lifting the ban.
The Minister who is also Petauke Central law maker was speaking at a 2017 National Budget reflection held in Chipata.And Minister of Finance Felix Mutati says consumption and reckless expenditure is the reason why the country’s economy is on its knees.
The budget reflection meeting was held at Luangwa House.
