North-West Council Of Elders Happy With Rail-Line Construction Plans

North-western council of elders say plans to commence works on the construction of the railway line in the province will help maintain the roads and decongest traffic of bulky goods off the road.
Council Chairperson Lukas Chikoti says the move is long overdue and that the revelation by the Ministry of Works that 30 per cent shares of the Kavindele Rail company have been given to government is step in right direction.
And Enock Kavindele who is the major stakeholder of rail company says not only will the rail line benefit the province but the nation as a whole.
