Post Newspapers In Liquidation Seeks Injunction Against Lewis Mosho

The receivers of the post newspapers in liquidation have sought an injunction in the Lusaka high court restraining Lewis Mosho from being in charge of the company’s assets.
Kaongo Musonda who has been appointed by Investrust bank as the receiver which is an interested party says any third party who is in possession of the posts assets should immediately surrender the said property.The post has been placed under liquidation after its five ex-employees petitioned the court in a bid to recover their terminal benefits.
