Radio Mano Reporters In Court Charged With Using Insulting Language

The entire newsroom crew at Kasama’s Radio Mano has appeared before Kasama Magistrate Court facing a charge of use of insulting language.
On Thursday 15th November, 2016 reporters were arrested and detained at Kasama Central Police but later released on bond.
The team comprising Five Journalists has denied the charges leveled against them.
Magistrate Bartholomew Kaongo has since adjourned the case to 14th December, 2016 for the commencement of trial.
