Suspected Hubby Murderer’s Case Adjourned

The Lusaka magistrate court has adjourned the matter in which a Healthcare Administrator, Jacqueline Mwiindwa has been charged with murder.The state has told Lusaka Magistrate Humphrey Chitalu that the Director of Public Prosecutions has not yet issued instructions to commit the accused to the High Court for summary trial.
It is alleged that on October 28,2016, Mwiindwa murdered her husband Kofi Milumbe by running over him with her motor vehicle.
The matter comes up on December 12, 2016.
