Trial In GBM’S Alleged Threatening Violence Case Fails To Take Off

Trial in the matter where UPND Vice President Geofrey Bwalya Mwamba is facing a charge for proposing violence, has failed to commence in the Lusaka Magistrate court.
This follows the illness of the lawyer representing Mr Mwamba, Martha Mushipe and the absence of other counsels representing him.
It is alleged that Mr Mwamba on March 2, 2016 threatened violence against President Edgar Lungu.
