The Kabushi Local Court in Ndola has fined Barloworld Zambia Operations Director Clement Mwiya Twenty Five Thousand Kwacha for adultery.Mr. Mwiya admitted having committing adultery with Alick N’guni’s wife of 27 years.The 57 year old former managing director of TAZAMA will have to pay the fine in two installments beginning January 2017.
Mr. N’guni sued Mr. Mwiya after finding pornographic pictures in his wife’s mobile phone, and proved the allegations when his wife allegedly fled the home to link up with Mr. Mwiya.
Mr. N’guni has welcomed the judgement saying it will help him get rid of his wife.
