Court Sets Date For 2 Ex-Post Newspaper Journalists Defamation Case Hearing

The Lusaka high court has set December 7th 2016 as date for hearing the matter where fourth revolution leader Eric Chanda and two former post newspaper journalists Mukosha Funga and Joan Chirwa are charged with defamation of the president.
The trio was in August referred to the high court for constitutional determination.
It is alleged that the three defamed president Edgar Lungu in relation with an article published in the Post Newspaper in liquidation dated 9th May 2015.
