Displaced Zombe residents whose houses were on Friday last week demolished say they regret having voted for President Edgar Lungu and the Patriotic Front-PF government. One of the affected residents Charity Mpende has told MUVI TV NEWS that it is shocking that President Lungu has decided to remain mute on the on-going demolitions at Star Cottage land in Lusaka West, Office of the President Land.Ms Mpende says the people feel they have been betrayed by the PF government.
This comes after government through state police raised down more than three hundred houses on Friday, December 23, 2016.
