EX Footballer Calls For Increased Sensitization Against Drugs

A former footballer whose talent was cut short by an accident on Christmas Day has called for increased awareness and sensitization to the problems of drug use.
Chipulukusu ward councillor Kennedy Phiri says there is need to raise awareness with special emphasis on young people and alcohol consumption.
Phiri attributes his accident to excessive alcohol intake, and is now running the Kennedy Phiri Foundation which is running the fourth edition of the Christmas tournament in Chipulukusu.
