Chieftaines Ikelengi of the Lunda speaking people of Ikelengi District in North Western Province has bemoaned the alarming levels of Gender Based Violence-GBV murder cases that have rocked most parts of the country.She says failure to communicate between spouses is the major cause of such cases.
The Chieftaines says there is need for households to create an enabling environment that will allows dialogue if such cases are to reduce.She was speaking in an interview with MUVI TV NEWS in Ikelenge.
