Inquiry In Meya Murder Case Fails To Take Off

Preliminary inquiry in to the matter in which murder suspect Meya Namfukwe is accused of stabbing to death local musician Francis Zimba has failed to commence.
When the case came up before Chief Resident Magistrate Kenneth mulife the state told the court that the preliminary inquiry cannot be heard as the director of public prosecutions is still holding on to the docket.
Namfukwe allegedly murdered Francis Zimba on 8th November 2016.
