Litebele’s Alleged Theft Case Fails To Take Off

Trial in the case in which murder suspect, Precious Longwe Litebele is accused of stealing money from bank ABC has again failed to take off.
Despite the state being warned to commence the matter during the last sitting, Litebele defense lawyer Osborne Ngoma was not in court when the case came up before Lusaka Magistrate Nthandose Chabala.
It is alleged that Litebele on May 24, 2016 being a person employed by Africa Bank Corporation as a customer service officer stole K200,000 the property of the said employer.
