Lusaka Resident Calls For Criminalisation Of Tribal Talk

A Lusaka resident has called for the crimilization of tribal talk in the country.
Wamulume Kalabo has attributed the high levels of violence to careless criminal talk advanced by some political leaders.
Mr Kalabo says once issues of tribal are made criminal, a reduction of violence based on tribal remarks will be minimized.
He was speaking at the Commission of Inquiry on violence and voting pattern.
And poor people’s party president Alex Mulyokela has submitted that Zambia needs fresh elections charging that the last elections were not held under a conducive environment.
