Some Public Transporters Already Flouting Night Movement Ban

Some Public Transporters have already started flouting the law that restricts the movement of public vehicles, less than a week since it was enforced.
Road Transport and Safety Agency-RTSA Head of Public Relations Fredrick Mubanga says the Agency will not hesitate to have those flouting the law prosecuted.
He says the statutory instrument is not meant to punish any person but a remedy to preserve people’s lives.
