Zambia College Of Pensions And Insurance Trust Workers Protest

Workers at the Zambia College of Pensions And Insurance Trust have urged government to repossess the institution and revert it back to Zambia Insurance Business College- ZIBC citing poor management by the new owners.
The workers have also protested against poor conditions of service at the institution.
ZUFIAW Branch Secretary Kenny Kampamba says the workers’ other complaint is that management has asked them to re-apply for their jobs before the school re-opens in 2017 when they have not been paid their terminal benefits, leave days, salary arrears and other obligations.
Zambia Insurance Business College- ZIBC was changed to Zambia College of Pensions And Insurance Trust in 2015 after the expiry of the trust.
