Con-Court Registrar, Police Officer To Testify Against 9 UPND Supporters

Constitution Court Registrar Kelvin Limbani and a police officer Bothwell Namuswa who is alleged to have shot and injured a UPND cadre at the Lusaka High Court have been lined up to testify against the nine UPND supporters.
When the case came up before principle resident Magistrate, David Simusamba the matter was adjourned due to the absence of the defense counsel who is unwell.
In this matter the nine UPND carders are charged with riotous behavior.
