Illegal Construction of Houses Continue in Lusaka’s Chalala

Illegal land developers have continued in Lusaka’s Chalala area despite a High Court ruling to restrain them.
The Lusaka High Court ruled in favour of the Lusaka City Council in 2016, but the local authority has failed to take action.
Residents Development Association Secretary Evans Banda wonder why the Lusaka city council is delaying to take action.
The peace of land in question was reserved for a community Health Centre and a market.
