Investrust Bank Refused To Join Post Newspapers’ In Liquidation Case

The Lusaka High Court has refused to join Investrust Bank to the Post Newspapers liquidation case as respondent.
High Court Judge Sunday Nkonde says Investrust Bank will not suffer any prejudice for not joining the case.
Justice Nkonde says the bank had a choice to support the petition but decided not.
The five former employees of the post lead by Andrew Chiwenda had asked the Lusaka high court to join Investrust Bank as the intended second respondent with the post being the first claiming that the bank has an interest in the matter.
