Nevers Mumba’s Alleged Trespass Case Ruling Date Set

The Lusaka Magistrate Court has set January 9, 2017 as date for ruling on no case to answer in a matter where MMD leader Nevers Mumba is facing charges of criminal trespass and giving false information to a public officer.
This is due to the ruling not being ready by Lusaka Magistrate David Simusamba.
It is alleged in count one and two that Dr Mumba on September 8, 2016 entered ZNBC premises with alleged intent to annoy staff and gave false information to constable Rabson Mwanza that he had an appointment with editors when in fact not.
