Police Public Prosecutor Arrested For Corrupt Practices

Lundazi, the Anti- Corruption Commission has arrested a Police Public Prosecutor for corrupt practices involving three thousand kwacha.
Dominique Chiboboka, a Police Public Prosecutor based at Lundazi Police Station has been charged with one count of Corrupt Practices by Public Officer.
Details in the matter are that on dates unknown but between 1st December, 2015 and 13th January, 2016 in Lundazi District, Chiboboka, being a Police Public Prosecutor corruptly solicited for 3 thousand Kwacha.
He actually received 2 thousand kwacha cash from a certain John Banda as a reward for him to facilitate the withdrawal of a rape case which was before the Lundazi Subordinate Court involving Lackson Nyirenda.
Mr. Chiboboka has since been released on bond and will appear in court soon.
