South Provincial Capital Shift Affects Marriages

Kenny Kapalu has attributed the cause to the relocation of the Provincial capital from Livingstone to Choma which he says has resulted in several couples living apart.

Mr. Kapalu observes that alleged slow procedure to process transfers has seen the affected families struggle to run two homes.
