ZCPIT Workers Demand Salary Arrears, Gratuity

Over 40 workers of Zambia College of Pensions and Insurance Trust formerly ZIBC are up in arms with the board of trustees for non-payment of salary arrears and two-year gratuity.
Union representative Kenny Kampamba has since appealed to the Ministry of Labour to come to their aid as the board is reluctant to pay them the money.
But College Finance and Administration Chairperson George Silutongwe has assured the workers that they will be paid their dues once funds are available.
