Chipata Farmers Start Collecting Inputs after Day Two of Protests

There was confusion this morning in Chipata when farmers protested again following government’s failure to credit their e-voucher cards.
The farmers stormed the Provincial administration offices but found the gate closed by government officials who locked themselves in fear of the farmers.
The angry farmers were however sent away by Police officers after word went round that money had been deposited in their accounts.
Meanwhile, Chipata District Farmers Association Chairperson Virgil Malambo has confirmed that money has indeed started reflecting.
