CIO Testifies In Stock Theft Case

A police Chief Investigative Officer at Kafue police station has testified that 5 herds of cattle were intercepted by police from three farms.
This was during the recovery of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Eugene Sibote’s stolen cattle.
Hector Mulenga Sichitenda told Kafue magistrate, Ammy Mbewe that 3 animals were retrieved from Mrs. Mvula’s farm in Chikoka.
He further stated that two other cows were collected from Richwell Mwiinga and Discipline Mwiinga.
In this matter Freedom Simala, Caphas Lisima, Christopher Lifasi and Clinton Macheka stand charged with stock theft.
