Sale Of Second-Hand Underwear Troubles ZABS

The fight to end the sale of second-hand underwear seems to be far from being won.
About four years now since a ban was effected on the importation of second-hand underwear, some vendors are still freely conducting this business.
Zambia Bureau of Standards-ZABS-Public Relations Officer, Lee Haamunji, admits the battle is tough.
Mr. Hamunji says ZABS, working with other partners has intensified inland surveillance measures.
A check by Muvi TV News in the Central Business District of Lusaka found used bras and pants being displayed along streets for sale.
