Some Mpulungu Civil Servants Implicated In Illegal Mukula Trade

A number of civil servants in Mpulungu have been implicated in an illegal trade of Mukula logs.
Northern Province Police Commissioner Richard Mweene has confirmed that over 180 Mukula logs have been confiscated and are being kept at Mpulungu Police Station.
Meanwhile some 14 foreigners from Tanzania are detained in Mpulungu in connection with illegal transportation of Mukwa Tree logs.
