TCZ Calls for Reduced Taxes in Hospitality Sector

The Tourism Council of Zambia has appealed to government to consider reducing taxes on the sector.
TCZ Chairperson Alexander Munthali says government is doing itself a disservice by allowing the existence of high taxes that are hurting many tourism operators.
In response Southern Province Minister Dr. Edify Hamukale assured the tourism organization that his government has an open door policy to negotiate mechanisms meant to boost economic growth.
