UPND Joined To Petition Challenging ECL’s 2021 Eligibility

The Constitutional Court has joined the UPND to the petition involving the controversy surrounding the eligibility of President Edgar Lungu to contest the 2021 general elections.

Professor Justice Margaret Munalula has joined the UPND to the case while the state has objected to the application by General Godfrey Miyanda to the case.
However, ruling has been reserved for Thursday this week.
