Court Discharges Kazabu In Contempt Of Court Case

Lusaka Magistrate Felix Kaoma has discharged former Nkana Member of Parliament Luckson Kazabu of contempt of court.
The magistrate has, however, directed Mr Kazabu to be reporting to the police so that case is investigated.
Mr kazabu was accused of threatening to kill Emmanuel Chilekwa, a state witness who was scheduled to testify in the case in which renowned Lusaka lawyer Martha Mushipe is accused of seditious practices.
