Delay By CONCOURT To Hear Lusaka Central Petition Saddens Charlotte Scott

Charlotte Scott has expressed concern over the delay by the Constitution Court to hear the petition.
Ms. Scott who stood on the UPND ticket in the August 11, 2016 general elections against PF’s Margret Mwanakatwe petitioned the election results which saw the High Court nullifying the seat in her favour.
But the Constitution Court has not set the time frame in which to hear and conclude the petition.
