Lusaka Plastic Making Firm Fined K50,000 For Pollution

The Lusaka Magistrate court has fined Sabstic Industry Company Limited over 50 thousand kwacha for pollution.
Principle Resident Magistrate David Simusamba also says the managers will be imprisoned for 3 months in an event that the company fails to pay through a warrant of distress.
The company was dragged to court by the Zambia Environmental Management Agency for air and water pollution.
