M’membe Wants Judge Nkonde To Recuse Himself In Post Liquidation Case

Former Post Newspaper Proprietor Fred M’membe has asked High court Judge Sunday Nkonde to recuse himself from handling the matter in which five former employees have petitioned the court to liquidate the company for the purpose of winding up.
In a notice of intention Mr M’membe contends that Judge Nkonde cannot continue to hear the matter due to conflict of interest.
Mr M’membe states that Mr Nkonde at one point attempted to render the post Newspaper Limited insolvent when he had no capacity to sue the company on behalf of Finance Bank.
