Transport Minister Challenged To Lift Mazhandu Suspension

Lawyer for Mazhandu Family Bus Services Tutwa Ngulube has challenged Minister of Transport Brian Mushimbwa to lift the suspension of the transport company if he has failed to constitute a tribunal to hear the matter.
He says it is sad that Mr Mushimbwa told Parliament that the matter was submitted to the tribunal when such a tribunal does not even exist.
He says it is not right for the bus company to remain suspended when the minister has failed to constitute the tribunal.
