Vandal Destroys Lusaka Street Lights

Some unscrupulous people are vandalising and stealing some parts of the newly installed street light in Lusaka.
A number of street lights have had their solar panels stolen.
Lusaka City Council Public Relations Manager Habeenzu Mulunda says the increasing cases of thefts of street lights in the city is worrying.
He adds that such thefts are a drawback to development noting that one solar panel costs about 20 thousand Kwacha.
