ZEMA Drags Two Directors of Spectra Oil Limited To Court

The Zambia Environmental Management Agency – ZEMA has dragged two directors of Spectra Oil Limited to court for constructing a Filling station without the approval of the agency.
Maximillan Hamukale and Hyden Banda have since sought legal representation before being tried by the Lusaka Magistrate Court.
