Africans Urged To Jealously Guard Cultural Heritage

The Association of Non-aligned Teachers Union of Southern Africa-ANTUSA has urged Africans to guard their cultural heritage jealously amid infiltration of Western traits on the continent.
ANTUSA President Kutumela Malotse has told MUVI TV NEWS in Livingstone that Southern Africa presents one of Africa’s finest cultural identity which needs to be preserved.
Malotse has emphasized that exchange of culture in ANTUSA cements the cordial relationship that most SADC Member states need regardless of geo-political differences.
He made his remarks during the closure of the three-day international sports gathering that drew teacher unions from Zambia, South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mauritius, Zimbabwe and Lesotho.
