Luapula Chief Attributes Lack Of Development To Poor Marketing

Senior Chief Mwansakombe of the Ng’umbo speaking people of Samfya in Luapula Province says development has been hindered in the area because of the failure to fully market the investment potential of Luapula Province.
Chief Mwansakombe says there is need for a change of mindset of the local people if development is to be attained.
He adds that people must take it upon themselves and come up with ideas that will help the province become a meaningful contributor to the country’s Gross Domestic Product -GDP.
He was speaking on the sidelines of a business meeting of small scale entrepreneurs in Mansa.
