Mutinta Hichilema Denied Service By Police

Police at Woodlands Police Station have refused to record a complaint of aggravated robbery from UPND leader, Hakainde Hichilema’s wife, Mutinta.
Ms. Hichilema who was in the company of two lawyers wants to report alleged aggravated robbery which occurred on April 10, 2017 at her residence in New Kasama.
Her Lawyer, Chad Muleza, says the officers at Woodlands Police Station refused to open a docket over the matter as they were awaiting instructions from Police Headquarters.
Mr. Muleza however says such behaviour is disappointing as any person is free to report a matter at any police station.
