Training For Coaches And Athletes With Disabilities Begins

Two American Paralympic medalists have commenced training of coaches and athletes with disabilities.
Anjali Forber-Pratt and Joseph LeMar are also raising awareness about the inclusion of people with disabilities in sports in partnership with Special Olympics Zambia and other organisations.
Anjali says there is an opportunity for Zambia to grow in the area of disability sport.
She says the long term vision is to see Zambia win medals at major events such as the Paralympic games and Special Olympics world games.
And LeMar is impressed with the level of participation from athletes who have gathered at the Levy Mwanawasa stadium in Ndola.
