US Aid To Zambia Sliced

United States Ambassador to Zambia Eric Schultz has confirmed budget cuts in foreign aid to Zambia.
Ambassador Schultz says no assistance lasts forever and that certain support from the US to Zambia may be cut.
He, however, says the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief-PEPFAR programme will continue.
He adds says Zambia has been allocated over four hundred million Dollars but that it is possible that there may be some cuts to the 2018 budget.
Ambassador Schultz was speaking after handing over the Kalewa Garrison Hospital maternity, pharmacy and laboratory departments in Ndola.
