Bulgarian National Nabbed For Attempting To Steal From ATM

A Bulgarian tourist has landed in trouble for allegedly being found with electronic devices meant to withdraw money from an Automatic Teller Machines – ATM.
Eugene Angelovu was arrested after a tip off by bank security personnel at a Barclays Bank branch in Livingstone.
This is the second incident in 12 months that Barclays Bank has apprehended foreign nationals for attempting to steal money using sophisticated electronic gadgets on its ATMs.
