Deputy Police IG’S ‘Cows’ Case Referred To High Court Deputy Registrar

The Lusaka High Court has referred the matter where Deputy Inspector General of Police Eugene Sibote has been sued by Kafue Farmer Hakajiko Jalamoyo for allegedly
grabbing six herds of cattle from him, to the deputy registrar for determination.
Mr Jalamoyo in this case wants the
court to compel Mr Sibote to return his six cows.
He contends that Mr Sibote who was accompanied by police officers allegedly threatened to use violence, demanding that he gives him six cows to cover for his loss until the men who stole his cattle are apprehended.
