Financial Management, A Burden For Zambia Says Economist

Economic consultant Sean Tembo says Zambia’s track record in financial management has made it difficult for the country to obtain aid package from the International Monetary Fund – IMF.
Mr. Tembo has cited unplanned expenditure that has made it difficult for the country to obtain a loan.
He has also called on government to ensure that it reveals conditions attached to the aid package.
