FODEP Condemns Barring UPND From Laying Wreaths At The Freedom Statue

The Foundation for Democratic Process-FODEP says it was unnecessary for police to bar the opposition UPND from laying wreaths at the freedom statue.

FODEP Executive Director Mweenge Chimfwembe says the UPND had the right to take part in the Africa Freedom Day.

Mr. Chimfwembe says the UPND also had the right to demonstrate.
